OT Security Project Manager
Job Description:
The OT Security Project Manager should havea strong understanding of the emerging security
practices and standards. Consultant should have good understandingof Industrial Control
Systems (ICS) and responsible forthe implementation and maintenance of systems protecting
and improving the security posture for the ICS environment. Shouldbe able to consult engineer
and apply security bestpractices shall be responsible for overall delivery of OTSecurity
Implementation and Managed Service projects.Should be experienced in driving Project Delivery
Planning Business value initiatives Contract compliance Marginimprovements and customer
satisfaction of theengagement.
This critical project delivery positionwould involve interaction with senior leadership ofCustomer
and contribute to revenue growth and marginimprovement of the account. Experience in
executingmultimillion dollar Cybersecurity projects is mandatory withknowledge of Agile life
cycle. ITIL & PMPcertification would be an added advantage.
OT SecurityPM undertakes complex work of a highrisk level often working onseveral projects.
In this roleyou will:
Interact with seniorstakeholders across departments.
Reach and influence awide range of people across larger teams andcommunities.
Develop vision principles and strategy forsecurity architects for one project or
technology.
Understand the impact of decisions balancingrequirements and deciding between
approaches.
Be the point of escalation for architects.
Businessimpact & privacy analysis.
Prepare remediation planand execution of plan.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years ofworking experience in Cyber Security Consulting or Advisory inRisk
Assessment BCP/DR Data Privacy.
Minimum5 years of handson experience in IoT and OT security consulting andAdvisory
in Risk Assessment.
Successfullydelivered at least 2 (two) Cyber Security consulting projects asconsultant in
recent years (2 years).
Goodunderstanding on the Purdue model PLC SCADA ICS ISA/IEC 62443 COBITand
ISO 27001 NIST PCIDSS standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Person should be responsible for driving theproject delivery of Large Global Account for
GlobalDelivery and must align with customer priorities.
Personshould have direct experience in project management of complex andlarge
programs /accounts customer relationships leaddelivery account strategy and planning
along with GAEsand identify opportunities for growth.

Conduct regular delivery reviews to comply withcustomer
contract operational parameters and to enablethe delivery teams in ensuring high CSAT.
Enable careerpath for employees within accounts and ensuring employeesatisfaction.
Would be instrumental in delivery ledgrowth by scoping new opportunities within the
accounts.
Good understanding in Incident management /Service request and Change management
Ownership of allthe Ops parameters like SLAs KPIs Quality BusinessContinuity
incident backlogs to oversee the projectdelivery commitments to client and to meet /
exceedSLA/KPI targets
Vendor management and OEM coordinationsPeople management participate in
customer reviews andconduct monthly & Quarterly business reviews withCustomers
senior leadership.
Organizeperiodic reviews with all leads and service owners
Periodic analysis of the inflight projects and track efforts spentby team.
Drive delivery led growth to increase revenueImprove the bulge billable rookie ration
Avg PPC and OMparameters to improve the account margin.
Maintain goodCustomer satisfaction scores in TCSAT PCSAT Pulse andACSAT
Have an active engagement with customer and tobuild relationships at all levels of
customerorganization by ensuring timely resolution of issues and concernsand beat
their expectations.
