We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and methodical professional with the expertise required to elevate our deliverables in terms of accuracy and customer focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deliverables are precise and consistently reach the customer on time.

The specialist should be proficient in reviewing content in various languages.

  • Plan, execute, and conduct inspections and tests on incoming and outgoing deliverables to verify quality compliance
  • Provide solutions to identified deliverable issues
  • Support operations and local quality functions in monitoring, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet objectives
  • Analyze reported quality problems, investigate them, and ensure resolution in line with guidelines and customer needs
  • Assess product quality to drive enhancements for improved customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the production team for better outcomes

Develop or enhance inspection procedures to align with industry trends while maintaining accurate documentation and issue tracking

  • Monitor risk management processes and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues and propose solutions
  • Interpret, expand, and adhere to company quality assurance standards
  • Record quality assurance activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to establish new production standards and testing protocols
  • Stay updated on new solutions, technologies, and skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in content promotions/e-learning/publishing or relevant fields
  • Print media expertise is advantageous
  • Comfortable in reviewing content in non-English languages, including Asian and European languages
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of testing best practices and defect management
  • A sense of ownership and dedication to performance
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team player with good time-management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and QA processes within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Experience with Content Quality Assurance Automation

Additional Information:

This role involves making decisions in collaboration with the QA Manager/Project Manager regarding final deliverables to customers, and enhancing existing QA practices and guidelines. The specialist will also be involved in developing new processes and suggesting improvements to enhance client deliverables.
