**Experience working on omnichannel and digital projects

  • Be the single point of contact for client and internal stakeholders for the account/vertical assigned
  • formulating project plans, managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • communicating with stakeholders, managing client relationships, managing contracts with third-party providers, and ensuring project budget goals are achieved.
  • taking creative and production briefs from clients, offering technical solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices, creating and maintaining project delivery plans, and sharing regular updates with stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day responsibility of managing projects/client expectations
  • Display solid understanding of brand guidelines with keen interest to research to gain a deeper insight into business units, products being offered under the specific client account
  • Ability to interpret and break down briefs (and challenge/ask the appropriate questions to the client for a better and effective output)
  • Excellent project management skills to drive SLAs, quality and process compliance - end to end
  • detailed responsibilities related to project management, client communication, stakeholder management, and financial management.
  • broad responsibilities related to creative briefs, technical solutions, quality control, project delivery plans, and stakeholder updates
