Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping to fill the pipeline of potential leads by connecting with people on
or through other means, and adding them into our CRM.Managing communications with leads via Drip Marketing, Mass Mail and
connections.
Help develop new content for drip marketing campaigns, build drip marketing campaigns and manage responses as they come in, moving them through the sales pipeline.
Building relationships with people through .Identify Warm Leads via communications with leads through all channels.Play central role in closing engagements, working with delivery team to ensure go live dates and strong initial performance.
Help manage reporting of existing team performance, providing critical and timely data to management to facilitate action requirements to improve performance.
Required Skills:
Thorough understanding of RPO industry.
Ability to work with high level managers.
Ability to solve problems.
Excellent client relationship development skills.
Solution sales experience.
Experience in Cold Calling, Outgoing & Energetic, Good Listening Skills, Multi-Tasking Ability.
Willing to work in a Challenging Environment.
Ability to negotiate.
Self-motivated with ability to make strategic decisions for aggressive growth.
Qualifications:1+ years Sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dynamic personality with high ambition to success.
Great organizational skills and detail oriented.
Works well in environment based on performance and accountability.
Proven track record and industry references.
