This is Senior Director product management position for the partner apps ecosystem at Icertis. As a Senior Director product management for Partner Apps Eco-system , you will build partner strategy for the next-gen Digital Experience solutions to be built on the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform, identify, and execute on the key product synergies between Icertis and partner strengths, and drive product integration requirements to deliver customer value. The position will be have an opportunity to establish an eco-system and an Icertis apps market place of partner built applications that help increase the platform monetization multi-fold. The incumbent is expected to be a go-getter, self-starter and expected to establish clarity in a lot of process areas that require recalibration / establishment to build this new muscle for Icertis which would nurture an ISV eco-system on the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform

Responsibilities :

Strategy and Vision : Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for partner applications aligned with the company's goals. Define and prioritize solution areas for the partners to build by combining Icertis insights with partner strengths and market assessment around market needs. Help partners evolve a roadmap aligned with Icertis' future vision of Intent Realization value play. Product Development : Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop detailed process framework for partners to develop apps using IDN. Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback. Go-to-Market Strategy : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the partner applications space. Drive product adoption and success by collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Establish a bridge between Icertis customer base and partner sales team to help proliferation of partner apps in Icertis customer eco-system. Partner Collaboration : Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partner ecosystem and market dynamics. Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure their success with our products. Monetization Models : Establish monetization models based on revenue share/platform royalty etc with partners to set-up a distinct revenue stream of ISV developed Apps that result in platform consumption. Expanding the product footprint with a focus on bringing more value to customers through ISV developed apps by either automating existing workflows or creating new solutions in CLM adjacent processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on the partner apps strategy. Prioritize and drive the development of new apps & solutions with partners

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent with product management/technical experience of 15+ years. Prior experience in developing applications in Partner ecosystem. Good understanding of Product integration, partnerships, and product spaces. Strong product management and technical background to be able to understand what products do, how they are architected and how they can be integrated. Experience working with emerging products and technologies. Should have worked with ISV platform type environments.
