About the Job:

The company is looking for a proactive individual to join their team as a Technology Program Manager. If you have a passion for technology and innovation, this might be the perfect role for you. Take a look at the key responsibilities and qualifications below:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the management's strategic vision for technology programs by cascading it down to process design, business requirements, and technology implementation.
  • Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, secure software development lifecycle, and IT service management methodologies, and experience in querying data in SQL.
  • Conduct UAT and quality testing initiatives to ensure all development work thoroughly aligns with business/technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with change management teams to ensure global readiness of all stakeholders and users before the releases.
  • Support user training and data migration initiatives.

What We Look for in You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology industry. Ideal experience would be 8-12 years.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of delivering successful products to the market.
  • Experience in banking/financial services/payments preferred.
