About this opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Delivery Management (DM)for one of the market areas (MA) in the Solution Area (SA) CNS Global Service Delivery (GSD), are you interested? In this role, the incumbent will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.
As the Head of DM, the incumbent will support service sales and delivery directly or indirectly as they understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
The incumbent will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. The incumbent will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of Occupation Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act as per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics, and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.

What you the incumbent do?

Delivery ownership: -Transition & Transformation of large-scale deliveries into remote deliveries in close collaboration with the MA teamsDefine, handshake and implement delivery strategy to minimize the cost, maintaining the quality for Ericsson across GSD and MA teamsOwn unit budget & finance (Utilization & Billability)Build, maintain and prepare organization capacity and competence according to the business needsContinuous monitoring & evolution of delivery processes towards global customers with data driven approach and follow to secure quality, volumes, and costs are delivered as agreed on SLA/WLA with the Market Area and its CustomersInterface various global customers and handle critical escalations when required and engaged by the MA teamInvolve in Solutioning (People, process & tools) to effectively reduce cost of delivery / Negotiate with Engagement team on proposed Solution Costing considering all the aspects of solution tools, resources, platforms applications, licenses, and connectivityManage internal stakeholders in the MA and SA CNS, which are key to deliver on all aspects of costing with financial controller level from SDE perspective and align with Ericsson strategies and overall plan for the yearUnderstanding of SA initiatives on costing and overall, one solution to customer with costing variations in different SDP stages Transformation: -Drive the industrialization, automation, and digitalization of the service delivery with focus on cost efficiency, delivery quality and customer impactSecure that cost efficiencies are translated into actual, and measurable, project profitability improvementsIncubate and innovate new ideas which can help GSD unit to transform with better outcomes in coming years People Management: -Build strong connect with larger team Plan and execute competence plan to strengthen technical competence for entire domain & effective resource management to reduce idle time on cost centerBuild a productive work environment for individuals and own organization by challenging the status quoInfluence in the design/review of various organization policies including people policies and effective governance and their implementation Drive performance & development management (Individual Performance Management i.e., IPM process)Target Zero, ensure there are no non-compliance towards this initiativeBuild transformation leaders

You will bring

B-Tech/B. E, MSc, MBA or equivalent with 20+ year of strong telecom leadership experience C-level technical and transformation solution proposal presentation and discuss the new initiatives Strong Domain hands on experience of RAN technologies by managing a team of at least 200+ employees over 4-5 years Extensive experience to handle large scale and challenging Network Design, Tuning and Optimization deliveries for Ericsson and multi-vendors towards global customers Knowledge & experience to drive various automation & digitalization initiatives to simplify processes and ways of working Deep understanding of Global Service Delivery processes, models, and strategies Strong knowledge & experiences to drive the continuous improvement of the Rule Based and AI/ML based Automation Software Solutions Detailed knowledge of Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and design practices Exceptional team building, organizational and analytical skills coupled with polished relationship management and communication abilities Keen interest & passion towards learning Technology Customer and market insight Negotiation and stake holder management Excellent Social and communication skills Financial acumen and skills to manage finances of the overall unit Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high paced environment.
