Our global HO is located in Rhode Island, USA. Indian Head Office is located in Navi Mumbai. We have great Sales/Service network all over India.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Technical sales and customer support for scientific instruments like Ph meter, EC meter, Titrators etc.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Working with CRM and updating daily activities.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
