In this role you will
- Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance
page layouts, generating/updating reports and dashboards, creation of new fields,
and other routine tasks.
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, validation rules, process
- Resolve daytoday user support tickets.
- Assess issues and provide recommendations for short
- Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, salesforce roadmap features, and
- Gather detailed requests from stakeholders, outline plan and determine completion
- Manage Salesforce integrations with 3rd party vendors, including implementation,
- Provide written and/or screen recorded documentation as well as training for

- At least 35 years of experience with Salesforce administration (including managing
errors, etc.)
- Familiarity with external Salesforce tools such as DataLoader, VS Code, and
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Exceptional ability to create and edit custom automation logic
- Expertise in the best practices for Salesforce security, architecture, and data integrity
- Selfstarting, team player attributes with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and
- Dynamic creative, analytical, and problemsolving skills
