Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.

Sales Control and Monitoring:

  • Monitor sales performance and implement measures to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Manage branch budget and expenses effectively to ensure profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post Graduation
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in the diagnostic or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Kochi, Trivandrum, and occasionally to other locations for client meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic supplies, medical equipment, or healthcare products is preferred but not required

Salary:
From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
