Job Summary:


The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by performing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and managing client communications.

The role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure efficient operations and successful achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team with documentation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals as needed.

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Track sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales orders and invoices.

Client Communication:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, and attendee registration.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
