Sales Officer _Job Description

Primary Objective:


Drive business growth within the designated territory by leveraging strong connections in the field and effectively selling company products/services to targeted customers.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to reach and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
Achieve

Daily, monthly and quarterly sales & collections targets

as assigned.
Independently generate new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead Sales In charge by submitting daily call reports.
Continuously expand and nurture the client database within the assigned territory.
Must ensure all the merchants coming under their territory uses IppoPay QR for business.

Requirements and Skills:
Proven sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven individuals are preferred.
Any degree qualification is acceptable.

Compensation Range:
From 1.8 to 2.4 LPA + Travel allowance + Performance Based Incentives
