We are hiring for the role of Sales Head, well known buying house deals in fashion apparel based out of Gurgaon.
Reporting to Business Head, Responsible for Overall Key Account sales at PAN India level like Shoppers Stop, Centro, Lifestyle, Max, Chunmun, Pantaloons, Vishal Retail, V Bazar, Krous Numero Uno.
in to Product Categories Footwear/Apparel/Accessories.Professional Qual. M.B.A. in Sales/ Marketing/ Retail or equivalent diploma or degree from recognized institute. Communication skills Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
Experience Min years in retail industry
CTC :
30-40 LPA
Computer Proficiency:
Must be proficient in MS-Office
Salary :
As per candidate's profile and suitability LPA)
Work Hours 09:00 to 18:00 Hrs.(flexible), 5 days working
Key Performance Areas Managerial:
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Steering profit center operations at national level for accomplishment of top line growth & bottom-line profitability.
Planning & management of operations for maximization of ROI, and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
Establish sales goals, short term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for enhancing revenues and controlling expenses.2. Developing new plans & procedures through analysis of market trends & competitors activities to fine tune existing selling activities. Managing the overall Key Account's operation including manpower planning and development with a view to achieve business objectives.3. Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.4. Overseeing Key accounts operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth.Finalizing the final range for every season as per the business plan with the exact number of styles in each category / color ways and projected quantities.
Finalizing customer with the objective of meeting the company's goals on one end and the viability on the other.5. Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new product. Conceptualization of visual merchandising display at outlet for maintenance of a high –product Image. Interacting and assisting customers for enhancing sales growth, market coverage and promoting the brand.Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & groups targets.6.
