Position Summary
This role involves overseeing in-house and outsourced studies within a specific therapeutic area(s) at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities include supporting clinical trial vendor partnerships and ensuring adherence to BMS outsourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with operational teams, support groups, and service providers for successful selection and execution of outsourced studies
- Support projects to meet objectives and adhere to project schedules
- Assist in various tasks related to outsourcing, alliance management, and financial/resource accountability
- Communicate with internal clients regarding contractual issues
- Provide guidance and training to teams on outsourced work
- Ensure teams are aligned with BMS outsourcing strategies
- Minimum BA or BS Degree in Legal, Life Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of clinical development experience in pharma, biotech, or similar fields
- Experience engaging with various suppliers and managing stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix structure and manage multiple priorities
- High adaptability and performance in a changing environment

- Site-essential roles require 100% onsite work
- Site-by-design roles may have a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite work
- Field-based and remote-by-design roles require the ability to travel as directed
