At SKILLINABOX, we're opening up a unique opportunity — a role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company In this role, you will play an important part in helping us build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities.

In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Staff, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas

About this Role


We are looking for a very special person - one who will be among the founders to help us effectively execute our mission & making SKILLINABOX the most loved product.

You simply live and breathe the product. You also strategize and set direction for the company.

By being a part of the leadership team, you also mentor the team in improving their essential skills and support in getting the right people for the right job.


This role doesn't come with a defined set of responsibilities and you will essentially have to be someone with proven experience of building a product & also who will do whatever it takes to scale SKILLINABOX with us.

As a team member of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with the founders to solve key product problems and develop new revenue channels.
  • Conducting customer development conversations, carrying out market and industry research, and iterating on productvalue propositions with live customers to arrive at productmarket fit.
  • Building and establishing powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products.
  • Building a partner ecosystem that can help us in shaping our product roadmap and unlocking growth opportunities.
  • Bringing together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company.
  • Researching, modeling, evaluating, and planning gotomarket strategies.
  • Working closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and building relationships across the data ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business.
