Job Title: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Location: Trichy, India

Duration: Full-Time Employment

Shift Timing: Night Shift

Salary: Market Range

Lead an experienced team of Recruiters in the delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment initiatives that embrace new technologies to enable the acquisition of top talent required to meet strategic objectives.

Understand and execute business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements as well as any specific talent challenges by translating a business strategy into actionable steps.

Encourage and elevate a team culture of agile methodology to drive a best-in-class candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity and transparency across multiple partner groups.

Familiarity with any Vendor Management

Collaboration with Technical Recruiters: Work closely with internal technical recruitment teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of qualified IT candidates.

Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets specific to IT staffing services, contributing to the overall growth and success of the IT staffing solutions business.

Candidates should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional administrative responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Assist with Posting Job descriptions, Source and Recruit Candidates, Phone Screen, Submit Candidate Summaries

Review existing job postings, updating and correcting them as necessary.

Track and assess team performance weekly/monthly/quarterly using critical metrics and predictive analytics, while keeping an eye on emerging talent priorities and Service Delivery opportunities.

Coach and develop team members across TA, focus on building sector-based business acumen in every team member.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Be a Self-starter and self-driven, enjoy autonomy, and can execute independently to deliver strong results.

Be a Collaborator to quickly respond to new information (shifts in pace, volume, structure, and strategy), reprioritize effectively without compromising on quality, and value people over process.

Be a Critical Thinker and accurately identify roadblocks, rally the resources, provide options to our partners and execute with care and efficiency.
