We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our HR Compliance Team to provide support across the following areas:

What you'll do:

India Compliance:

Collaborate with Employment Law and/or external firms to manage India HR compliance, labour law requirements, and filings. Review any new labour law requirements, work with subject matter experts to confirm guidance, and assist with implementation of solutions to ensure compliance. Review and propose any new system enhancements required due to labour law changes or for better end user experience and scalability.

Global Compliance Support for Commercial:

Review commercial requests for compliance related information for RFPs and respond to teams with relevant data using approved knowledge base. Contribute to knowledge base by adding approved responses/resources/reference material from subject matter experts

Global Background Check support:

Assist with background check questions from recruiters and candidates and serve as an escalation point for review and mitigation of background checks. Review CVs to background check applications to ensure candidate integrity.

Other:

Communicate and train end users on compliance-related information and processes. Build resources, such as knowledge bases, FAQs, talk tracks or guides for HR compliance related programs and processes. Respond to HR compliance-related questions triaged from AskHR Special projects as assigned

What you'll need:

3-4 years of related experience, HR background strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to different audiences globally Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to map internal processes end-to-end and identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements Proactive, eager to learn new domains, take ownership of projects, no-limits mindset Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office, and have the ability to quickly master new systems and technologies used in Compliance.
