As an Assistant Manager - EBO Operations, your role will primarily involve supporting our business by overseeing sales, planning, and operational aspects of stores across Pan India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of Sales Targets.
  • Responsible for planning to increase sales, identify gaps, and exploit opportunities.
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate the store team.
  • Manage store staff and processes, coordinating with malls and partners.
  • Track competitors, implement marketing activities, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and product visibility as per company norms.
  • Analyze brands and SKUs to plan and execute strategies for optimal results.
  • Motivate and train staff members.
  • Ensure visual merchandising implementation in every season.
  • Conduct store audits and ensure staff hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Perform quarterly stock audits for each store.
  • Provide solutions for store-related issues and coordinate with the respective teams at the Head Office.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to staff selection and development.
  • Manage relationships with partners.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (PAN India).
RequirementsPreferred Candidate

We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in retail operations and sales. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level) is required, along with a postgraduate degree in any stream.
