  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a customerfacing role, such as Customer Success,
  • Customer Support or Sales, Global experience a plus
  • Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills (English).

- measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics

- Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolio.
  • Cultivate relationships with the existing clients and upsell VideoVerse products.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Mediate between clients and the organisation.
  • Own the onboarding process and conduct training for customers.
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product


Management and Development.
  • Identify and forecast expansion opportunities and partner with sales to successfully close upsell

- opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional
- customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Minimise customer churn.
