Job Description:
Do you have an interest in fashion and a solid background in customer service? Are you ready to be challenged daily? As a Customer Experience Agent, you will join a Customer Experience team filled with kind, knowledgeable, hard working experts who will go the extra mile to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone.Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction.Understand the customer's situation and provide the best possible resolution.Perform ad hoc duties as needed.Requirements:
Prior experience in fashion retail industry / knowledge or interest in fashion.Academia or College Graduate (preferred): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science.Prior experience working in a CSR role.Minimum of 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.Fresher (English): Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role.Experienced (English): Overall Experience: 2-4 yrs. CSR Experience: 1-2.5 yrs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an asset.Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides).Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts.Available to work 40 hours per week.Must Have Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Knowledge of Fashion and luxury products an asset.Prior experience in retail will be an added advantage.What's in it for you?
