What you will do

As the Head of Go to Market (India), you will be responsible for leading three main functions in Karat's leading emerging market—India: Account Executives (quota carrying sellers), Value Engineering (pre and post-sales solution engineers), and Customer Operations (deployment services and ongoing customer support post-deployment).

We are looking to hire for this position out of Bangalore, India. This individual will drive revenue growth originating from India and will be responsible for running sales processes, including, but not limited to, our value engineering and customer operations function. Working hours will predominantly be IST, with required internal meetings that align with timezones in the U.S.

Own the execution of the sales process from Discovery Call until the closure of a deal.Oversee the execution of key plays in the Company's playbook, such as conducting discovery calls, champion building, and creating business cases. Partner with the U.S.-based customer operations team owning all tasks associated with onboarding new clients to Karat's software and services.Work closely with a variety of U.S.-based peers to ensure highly satisfied clients in all deployments of the Company's offerings.

The experience you will bring

7+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience5+ years of experience leading a SaaS direct sales team with demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and engage distributed teams across cultures and geographiesStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with, and influence internal and external stakeholders at the Executive levelProven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate cross-functional Go to Market teams (sales, solutions, customer operations) while consistently achieving or exceeding quotaStrong understanding of KPIs and sales efficiency metricsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA builder with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
