We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the way in developing and managing client relationships in luxury goods, automotive, and other high-value industries.

Your main goal will be to grow our presence in these markets by highlighting the unique value of our critical metals & minerals for sustainable and ethical products. You will conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers in luxury goods, automotive, and other relevant sectors.

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers in major brands.
  • Use your expertise in critical metals & minerals to explain their unique properties, ethical sourcing methods, and how they align with client sustainability objectives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to tailor material solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract finalization, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities through continuous market analysis.
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals customized to each customer, highlighting the advantages of our materials.
  • Guide and support junior team members to create a collaborative and successful sales environment.
  • Travel occasionally to engage with clients and participate in industry events to strengthen relationships and brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful B2B sales experience, exceeding targets and establishing long-term client relationships in metals & minerals, luxury goods, automotive, or a related sector.
  • Proven background in strategic account management, cultivating strong client partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest in sustainability and ethical sourcing.
