E-commerce Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Intern to join our team.

As an E-commerce Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting online retail operations and gaining valuable hands-on experience for a new project of ISM SOFTSOL.

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about various aspects of e-commerce, including product listings, customer service, online marketing, and sales.


Product Listings and Catalog Management:

  • Assist in creating and updating product listings on our ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are uploaded to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize product content and descriptions.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Support the order processing and fulfillment process, including order verification, packaging, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status and tracking.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.

Online Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Help manage social media accounts and contribute to engaging content creation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Inventory Management:

  • Support inventory tracking and stock replenishment processes.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze ecommerce data, including sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports and insights to help improve ecommerce strategies and decisionmaking.

Competitive Research:

  • Conduct research on competitor ecommerce strategies and industry trends.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve our ecommerce offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bacherlor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, Market Research, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Techsavvy with a good understanding of ecommerce platforms and online retail practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a 36 months internship position.
