Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Support the sales lifecycle including lead qualification, presales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
Qualifications
- Graduates with minimum 14 years of experience into inside sales.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Selfdriven, motivated & enthusiastic to work independently while part of a team.
- Passionate about building up a career in sales.
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
