Trusted by over 600 brands and 10,000 stores.We are looking for someone who will be leading an operations team supporting multiple brand partners to populate content and upload catalog across all leading marketplaces in Being a part of the Brand Health team, you will be responsible for leading an operations team supporting multiple brand partners to populate content and upload catalog across all leading marketplaces in directly with vendors to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of information, and interact directly with Fynd internal customers (growth team and onboarding team) to deliver to their directly with the growth managers' team to ensure the overall health of brands is maintained by maximizing catalog and store coverage across all leading marketplaces in India. Taking part in planning, organizing and directing the work to your team members or outsourced agency. Outline procedures and instructions based on processes and make time estimates on new jobs received. Ensuring trackers are in place for recording performance for all individuals and data is maintained accurately, ensuring team utilization is high. Also, establish scalable communication processes between Fynd and brand partners. Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business accuracy and quality of content created by your team members or outsourced agency. Mentor and train new team with stakeholders to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of catalog. Also improve processes from time to time to keep reducing the process turnaround time with highest quality high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization.

Skills & Qualification

5 years of experience in ecommerce/retail business processesPrevious experience in cataloging is mandatory (marketplace or brand side) Experience in program/project management will be preferredPrevious stakeholder management experience will be preferred Experience with marketplaces or brands will be preferredBachelor's degree in any related field (Fashion or Business preferred)E xcellent time and task management skillsGoogle sheets or MS excel experience is a must Dashboarding experience on google data studio / similar platform is a mustA customer-centric, creative, and analytical problem-solving mindset
