Job Description: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at The NorthCap University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the university's brand presence and attract prospective students. This is a full-time, on-campus role that requires immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the university's programs, events, and initiatives.
  2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
  3. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising, to increase visibility and drive traffic to the university's digital platforms.
  4. Oversee social media marketing activities, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships, to build a strong online presence.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as admissions, academic departments, and student services, to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  6. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing campaigns for better results.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  8. Actively participate in campus events, student recruitment activities, and other promotional initiatives to represent the university and engage with prospective students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the university's mission and values.
