Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared), and Google Analytics. This is a target-driven role with KPIs focused on delivering qualified leads per month. Experience in performance marketing in Healthcare will be an added advantage.


This is an office-based role located in South Delhi. As we're in the early stages of our journey, expect a fast-paced environment with a 6-day workweek.


Compensation:

This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be INR 14-18 lakhs fixed + ESOPs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
  • Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared) to manage leads, track conversions, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to identify areas for optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared), and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
