Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will delve into data-driven marketing strategies to enhance marketing ROI and meet business goals. Utilize expertise in digital marketing analytics to drive effective campaign targeting and performance evaluation. The focus is on customer acquisition, boosting conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency. Allocate marketing budgets wisely, pinpoint growth opportunities, and enhance campaign performance through iterative optimization. Lead businesses in utilizing data-driven insights for successful marketing campaigns and sustainable business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Developing and executing a robust performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Overseeing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels for strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Employing marketing automation and lead generation strategies
  • Collaborating with management to enhance funnel conversion and present results
  • Keeping abreast of the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

Key Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role and in developing effective multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis, including Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for actionable insights
  • Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Curious, open-minded, and adept at problem-solving
