Job Description
Position Overview:
The Professional Services Sales Enablement lead at Freshworks plays a crucial role in developing and delivering effective training programs for the Professional Services Team. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of enablement programs and drive improved sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs aligned with sales strategy.
- Communicate regularly with the Professional Services team to gather feedback.
- Collaborate with different teams to create high-quality sales materials.
- Identify training needs and create customized plans for sales teams.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team to reinforce best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and enablement.
- Strong delivery skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Organized, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
