About Xuper:
At Xuper we provide an extensive range of products, services and solutions selling global support, hardware, software, audio-visual/video conferencing hardware solutions including video conferencing systems and associated professional services.
About the Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with new accounts
- Driving new business among existing and new clients
- Building relationships with Top 20 and Fortune 500 Companies
- Maintaining accurate track record for sales pipeline
- Ability to lead calls with clients all over the world on a regular basis
- Planning, executing and managing sales strategies alongside the wider Sales Management team
- Assist in the development of annual budget and sales plan
- Generate sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis including but not excluding to forecast, KPIs, revenue, performance
- Generate sales leads and follow them up to raise product services and brand awareness
- Presenting and demonstrating products to potential clients at meetings
- Review processes and identify opportunities for further sales and new areas of development
Essential Sales Requirements:
- Data centre breakfix services
- Managed IT services experience
- Onsite support, staff augmentation, IMACD, Staging and Ad hoc
- WIFI design & Survey, Site Server
- Infrastructure Management
- End User Compute Solutions
- Successful new business developer with history of successfully generating your own leads and closing deals
- Forecasting and pipeline reporting experience
- Experience gathering customer requirements/needs analysis, solution mapping and regular pipeline discussions with team and senior management
- Passionate sales coach, leader and strive to achieve excellence
- Tracked, monitored and reported sales activities using internal software/sales CRM
