Position: Manager - CRM

Experience: 7-13 Years

Location: Arekere, Bengaluru

Education Qualification: Graduation

Candidates with experience in Infor M3 CRM are highly preferred.

Job Description:

As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes,

understanding customer needs, and implementing CRM solutions to enhance overall customer

relationship management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business

stakeholders and technical teams, to ensure successful implementation and optimization of

CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Document and prioritize functional requirements for CRM system customization.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical

specifications.

  • Configure CRM systems based on business needs and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Customize CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies for CRM projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of CRM

functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT departments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment

with business objectives.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM.
  • At-least 2 years experience in Infor implementation.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with popular CRM platforms, preferably in Infor CRM.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM systems are a plus.
