Job Description

Freelance Middle Office Support | Dutch fluency.

Location: Amsterdam

Contract Duration: 1 years ( with high potential for extension)

Are you a highly skilled Middle Office Support freelancer looking for a great opportunity in Amsterdam?

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality services and manage a variety of client administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional client services, interacting with second-level customer requests.

· Manage all aspects of client services administration, including contracts, client administration, and customer accounting.

· Perform KYC, AML, CDD for clients

· Ensure timely renewal, termination, and amendment of contracts.

· Engage in process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

· Handle invoicing and client onboarding procedures.

· Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

Experience and Skills Required:

· Experience working in banking or insurance (credit insurance / credit / loans etc).

· 5 + years of experience.

· Client services administration processes is a nice to have but experience in Banking or similar is also fine.

· Experience writing, renewing, adjusting Contracts with clients.

· Relevant experience relating to Contracts, AML, KYC, CDD, customer accounting.

· Proficient in accounting and claims management.

· Ability to work with or quickly learn new IT systems.

· Native or fluent Dutch is mandatory.

· Transaction monitoring and screening.

Requirements
