  • Prepare a detailed report with supporting documents and pictures/videos of each visit.
  • Respond to complaints received and resolve as per the timelines set.
  • Electrical equipment checks and repair for minor issues like loose connection, sim replacement, vents cleaning, and forecasting for any major incident based on visual inspections of current situations.
  • Check all parameters for normal functioning of the station as per checklist provided.
  • Prepare and submit reports of all kinds of maintenance activity that is done at each charging station to the reporting manager in the format as required.
  • Assess the condition of the charging station and based on the condition, report or raise a request for any additional measures that needs to be taken for increasing uptime, to your reporting manager.
  • Random visits to the charging stations.
  • Engaging and helping customers with the charging queries if required, when you are at a charging station.
  • Maintenance of Energy Meter readings & relevant maintenance.
  • Coordination with state electricity board in case of disconnection, voltage phase issues and end to end payment clearance & bill receiving's.
  • Ensure normal operations of CCTV, Charger, Structure & other equipment installed at site.
  • Physical verification of assets with Asset Tagging & Geo Tagging.
