Delivers nursing care according to the standards of care defined within the Department of Nursing.
- Determines the priority of data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs.
- Collects pertinent data using appropriate assessment techniques.
- Involves the patient, significant others, and health care providers in data collection when appropriate.
- Ensures that the data collection process is systematic and ongoing.
- Documents relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards
- Analyzes the assessment data in determining patient problems.
- Derives patient problems from the assessment data
- Validates patient problems with the patient, significant others, and health care providers, when possible
- Documents patient problems in a manner that facilitates the determination of expected outcomes and plan of care.
- Overall patient care of the assigned clinical area and manage the unit in the absence of the in charge
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of patient care in assigned area. Coordinating with consultants, nursing staff for better patient care in the absence of the unit in charge. Overall patient care of the assigned clinical area.
- To ensure overall quality of service is rendered to patients from non-clinical operations
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
