Es importante que entiendas cómo se comportan los distintos clientes de la cartera, ya sea por país, vertical, objetivo de negocio o tamaño de empresa, para generar comunicaciones adaptadas a cada uno de ellos.

Generación de Contenido Audiovisual para promocionar features, envío de comunicaciones por diversos canales, conduccion de webinars y creación de material de ayuda serán las principales tareas del día a día.

ResponsabilidadesTrabajar con Producto y Tech Solutions para poder traducir los nuevos features en contenido audiovisual de promoción, videos educativos y nuevas Guías de Ayuda.


Enviar comunicaciones recurrentes en las distintas instancias de vida del cliente y garantizar que estén informados sobre los funcionamientos, actualizaciones y nuevos features del producto.

Crear y mantener actualizada las series de onboarding automáticas.

Ofrecer Webinars y Capacitaciones a clientes de cartera, especialmente para nuevos lanzamientos o grandes features.


Analizar constantemente la cartera de Clientes, entender su utilizacion de la plataforma en base a factores como país, vertical, objetivo de negocio o tamaño de empresa, para poder acercarse a ellos con comunicaciones adaptadas.

Mantener el Help Center y Cliengo Academy actualizados.

Requirements

Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o campos afines. Se valora especialmente la formación adicional en tecnología o SaaS.

Experiencia previa en roles de marketing de productos, preferentemente en empresas de tecnología o SaaS.

Profundo conocimiento en generación de contenido y material de marketing.

Capacidad para organizar y conducir webinars.

Dominio de herramientas de e-mail marketing y marketing automation.

Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis de datos y KPIs de seguimiento para las acciones que lleve a cabo.

Conocimiento de plataformas de gestión de proyectos

Deseable:
Conocimiento en herramientas de diseño y edición de video.
