Role Overview:
As a Senior or Lead GTM/Sales Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Working closely with leadership, your mission will be to identify, attract, and onboard the industry's best and brightest, setting new standards in recruitment excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
Forge strong partnerships with key decision makers to strategise and execute hiring plans.
Design and implement innovative search strategies to capture top talent.
Elevate our recruitment practices, introducing new methods to attract exceptional candidates.

Independently map inbound/outbound strategies, tools and techniques to to hunt the best fitting talent in the market (Headhunting, Boomerang/IJPs, networking, passive-active conversion through innovative sales techniques) aligning to the ideal candidate persona.

Spearhead executive search strategies for super niche/highest-impact roles within the organizationEngage in candidate evaluation and calibration with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment and fit.

Deliver a premier candidate experience, balancing personalised engagement with efficient pipeline management to achieve hiring objectives.
Leverage data and analytics to refine recruiting processes and strategies continually.

Innovate and contribute to talent/employer branding initiativesCollaborate on developing effective talent attraction and hiring strategies, acting as a consultative Talent Partner.

Embody and advocate for the Whatfix culture, playing a key role in team cohesion and organizational growth.

Suggest strategy enhancements by performing data-driven improvement analysis based on current quality of hires, performance feedback or any other metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in recruiting top talent for fast
  • growing, technology
  • driven companies.
Prior experience in Sales, Partnerships, or similar roles highly regarded.

A strong track record in recruiting Enterprise Sales Leaders, Account Executives, or similar roles, particularly those serving US/UK markets, is highly desirable.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Proven ability in executing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting thorough research.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Excellent negotiation skills and a history of success in technology product company environments.
Proficiency in utilizing top ATS systems, with impeccable organizational skills.
A sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Deep industry knowledge within Software, Web 2.0, SaaS/Cloud, Startups, etc.
Experience engaging with leadership and decision-makers.
