Since then, we have scaled through both online and offline channels and have established a presence through our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Manager, Offline - North East (Gauhati) at Lenskart.com. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations within the designated zone. Responsibilities include managing store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, developing store staff, planning promotional activities, and driving sales growth. The Zonal Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and address operational challenges.QualificationsExperience in retail operations management and store performance optimizationSkills in team leadership, staff development, and talent managementStrong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work on-site and manage multiple retail locations within the designated zoneExperience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related fieldRetail Leader for North EastWe are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Retail Leader for North East. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Offline Channel in the region.
