Its Brands includes: Rupa Frontline, Bumchums, Euro, Colors, Macroman, Thermocot, Softline, etc. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for North East Region, HQ - Guwahati, Assam. Role Requirement: - Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred. - Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution or General Trade Sales. - Industry Exposure: Must have working experience in Textile/Fashion & Apparel/Knit-wear. Geographical Exposure: Must have experience in North East area. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement area sales strategies aligned with company goals. Set and monitor sales targets for the respective area and ensure target achievement. Identify growth opportunities within the zone to increase market share. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Officers. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development. Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture across the sales team. Market & Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure excellent customer service and address escalated customer issues promptly. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales data, zone performance, and etc. Prepare and submit periodic reports on zonal performance to senior management. Use data to forecast sales and plan inventory. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align zonal operations. Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and other brand initiatives. Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve goals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Team Handling - North East Zone. Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions. Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
