high school partnerships to bring IIT and IIM-backed online degrees to Class 12 students.
The Opportunity: Build & Own Our High School Channel Sales Network
We are looking for a
high-energy, field-focused sales leader
to drive
high school partnerships across India.
This is not a desk job—it is an
on-the-ground, high-visibility leadership position
where you will engage directly with
school principals, counselors, and decision-makers
to promote our exclusive
IIT Jodhpur BS/BSc in Applied AI & Data Science program
.
What Makes This Role Unique?
Directly reports to the Founder & CEO
– Shape strategy, own execution, and drive results with leadership exposure.
Lead high school partnerships pan-India
– Be the face of Futurense Uni for school administrators, educators, and students.
Be on the field, driving impact daily
– This is not a desk job. You will be conducting
meetings, seminars, and workshops in schools
to drive enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
High School Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and
manage long-term relationships
with
principals, counselors, and school decision-makers .Conduct
seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions
in schools to
promote
IIT Jodhpur's Applied AI & Data Science program
.Develop
customized engagement strategies
for different school networks, ensuring strong partnerships.Be
on the field daily , meeting stakeholders and
driving awareness at the grassroots level .
Channel Sales & Business Growth
Own and
drive enrolment targets
through
high school partnerships .Pitch, negotiate, and close deals
with school leadership to onboard them into ouracademic ecosystem.Work closely with marketing to
develop sales collateral, presentation decks, andtraining materials
for schools.Identify
new growth opportunities
in untapped high school networks and
expand Outreach efforts .
Leadership & Strategy
Architect Futurense Uni's high school sales strategy , setting the roadmap for
expansion and scaling partnerships.Monitor competitor activity
and adapt strategies to maintain a
competitive edge in the high school market.Work closely with
university partners, academic teams, and internal stakeholders
to align offerings with market demand.Hire, train, and
lead a team
as the high school channel grows.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop
real-time dashboards
to track
school partnerships, lead quality, and conversion rates .Provide
weekly reports
to leadership with
insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization .Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and
increase school engagement and student enrollments.

Proven experience in high school sales & partnerships

5+ years of experience engaging with schools
and
building relationships with principals and counselors .
A natural networker & relationship builder
– You thrive on
face-to-face interactions
and
know how to influence key decision-makers
in schools.

drive results, optimize partnerships, and implement data-driven strategies
to increase enrolments.
