We are looking for a pro-active, innovative, people-oriented problem solver who gets things accomplished to advance the FIN TI roadmap and strategy How You'll Make an Impact: Support SVP of Finance for TI in various strategic projects, especially related to digitalization and business transformation. Prepare and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders, including consulting and digital partners and vendors. Drive and oversee the implementation of organizational or major procedural changes, with a focus on lean and digital transformation and optimization - classical and agile project management Address special ad-hoc requests and projects as assigned by the SVP or VPs of Finance in TI What You Bring: Profound operational experience in finance with a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or Project management More than 5 years of professional experience in finance or a related field, with at least 2 years of exposure to digital projects or initiatives Experience in strategic projects and/or management consulting as well as classical and agile project management Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, data management and visualization software and other relevant financial tools. Enterprise understanding of value flows and digital platforms is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and experience of dealing with senior management Business-fluent English language skills Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Flexibility and creativity in finding different solutions to achieve the highest value for various Finance and business-related topics Willingness to travel for business purposesWho is Siemens Energy?
