Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Bid Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle. This includes identifying relevant opportunities, evaluating tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of competitive and compliant proposals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in documentation and a sound understanding of government e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, and various state tender portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Review and interpret tender documents to ensure eligibility and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to collect inputs and develop tailored proposals.
- Draft and structure high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid responses.
- Ensure timely submissions through relevant e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
- Maintain organized records of proposals, templates, and submission timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in bid/tender management.
- Solid knowledge of government e-procurement systems (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
- Strong documentation, proofreading, and formatting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
