Role Overview: Manager Programmes

As the Manager Programmes, you're not just taking a job; you're answering a calling. You'll oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

Responsibilities

- Implement & oversee diverse projects with specialized teams

- Ensure successful achievement of project targets

- Prepare and submit activity reports to trustees and donors

- Forge and maintain partnerships for collaborative success

- Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation

- Build a volunteer -mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects

-Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions

Skills & Qualifications

- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi

- A positive, community-focused mindset

-Having Empathy

-Only Residents of Mumbai should Apply

2. Food for Education: Serving freshly cooked meals to 2,000 school children daily across 18 low-income schools in Mumbai from our own kitchen

3. Mission Million Books: Distributed over 1 million educational books to more than 5,000 schools and colleges across India & training to school children in financial literacy, insurance & climate change

4. Vision 1 Million: In collaboration with Essilorluxotica Vision Foundation, we manufacture and donate high-quality prescription eyeglasses, benefiting countless school children in Maharashtra.Half a million students screened and 1 million to screen over next 3 years
