Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will lead the engineering team. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality code delivery, handling client and vendor interactions, and serving as a subject matter expert in meetings.

This is a hands-on position that requires reviewing team members' code and actively participating in architecture discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution.
  • Monitor progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and share regular reports and dashboards with senior leadership.
  • Lead team meetings and facilitate open communication.
  • Address customer escalations and work with the customer care team to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of IoT principles and inner workings is preferred.
  • Experience with IoT hardware, including Embedded programming in C, is required.
  • Familiarity with Linux (CentOS) and MySQL Administration (DBA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Java and other cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with automotive technologies is an added advantage.
