Job Title: Hotel and Vendor Contracting ManagerLocation: Gurugram, HaryanaRole Summary:We are looking for a strong Hotel & Vendor Contracting Manager to lead India-wide contracting across all Hi Tours Group brands — Inbound (Hi DMC), Corporate MICE (Hi Offsite), and Domestic Leisure (Hi Tours).You will be the single commercial owner for hotels & ground vendors, ensuring the best rates, availability, inclusions, and partnerships to help our sales, ops, and product teams win business.Key Responsibilities:• Contract hotels across India — negotiate yearly/static/dynamic rates, allotments, MICE/event rates & added values.• Build strong relationships with DOSMs, Revenue Managers, GMs & contracting heads.• Ensure competitive rates, live inventory, and priority support via channel managers & distribution platforms.• Support Corporate MICE by securing unbeatable group, banqueting & meeting rates; assist sales during pitches.• Contract ground handlers, DMCs, activity partners, guides, transporters & event vendors.• Maintain vendor SLAs, rate matrices, quality standards & availability.• Manage contracting calendars, renegotiations, rate loading, and internal coordination with Product, Sales, Ops & Finance.• Analyze pricing trends & competitor rates.• Build and scale a contracting team as the business grows.What We’re Looking For:• 6+ years in hotel contracting, revenue management, DMC/OTA contracting, or MICE/vendor contracting.• Strong hotel network (RMs, DOSMs, GMs).• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.• Experience with channel managers & distribution systems (STAAH, RateTiger, Siteminder, etc.).• Understanding of MICE, group rates & event contracting.• Strong communication, speed, discipline & relationship-building.Why Join Us:• Lead India contracting across a fast-scaling multi-brand travel group.• High ownership, high visibility & direct impact on revenue.• Build contracting systems, processes & a future team from scratch.• Be part of a growing global DMC + MICE + Leisure ecosystem.
