Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Tripple One Solutions. This junior position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience and is based in Noida. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and generating new leads to fuel our company's growth. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, marketing, and the education industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with lead generation techniques to identify and engage potential clients for maximum conversion.
  • Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively selling education programs to prospective clients.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies (Mandatory skill) to reach target demographics and expand brand presence.
  • Proficient in networking to establish rapport and build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate offerings and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage relationships and streamline lead management processes.
  • Analytical skills to assess leads and develop strategies based on data insights for improving lead quality.
  • Negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients while closing deals.
  • Proactive approach to continuously identifying new business opportunities and potential leads.
  • Proven track record in lead generation (Mandatory skill) showcasing ability to drive sales growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Manage and nurture leads to convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.

  • Regularly report on lead generation activities, outcomes, and insights to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new avenues for lead acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to lead generation.
