Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated FHIR Integration Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing secure, standards-based healthcare data exchange solutions using FHIR, C#/.NET, and DICOM protocols. You will play a key role in integrating clinical systems, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring interoperability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and develop FHIR-compliant APIs and services using C# and .NET.


• Integrate DICOM-based imaging systems with EHRs and other healthcare platforms.


• Build and maintain scalable backend systems for healthcare data exchange.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical IT, product managers, and QA.


• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.


• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and system performance.


• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Compensation:

$15/hr to $17/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
