Role Description.
- This is a full-time Engineering Manager (Core Platform Backend) role at Traya, located in Bengaluru.
- The role involves overseeing the development of the core platform backend, ensuring its efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of backend engineers, setting technical directions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Nodejs, golang, and Microservices.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of backend engineers.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and reliable backend systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
