Our unique platform diagnoses the patient's hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep.
We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track.
Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.
Our Vision :
Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact.
Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Network Monitoring & Management :
- Continuously monitor network traffic, systems, and devices using network monitoring tools.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Proactively monitor network health and performance metrics to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting :
- Respond to alerts and service disruptions promptly, investigating and troubleshooting issues to minimize service downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or relevant departments.
Maintenance & Support :
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Assist in network device setup and configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Documentation & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and changes.
- Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Communicate with other IT teams, vendors, and third-party support teams to resolve network issues.
- Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on ongoing network incidents and progress.
Continuous Improvement :
- Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve network operations.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field (preferred).
Experience :
- Proven experience in network operations, network monitoring, or a similar IT support role.
- Experience with NOC monitoring tools (e.g, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues across various systems and devices.
