Job Description Role As Territory Manager, Validation you will be responsible for improving penetration of services, revenue growth and minimizing validation errors while maintaining a string support structure for Sales, Design and execution teams across all BUs Responsibilities Ensure accurate BOQs & BoMs are published for projects Understand drawings of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc) and proficient in rate analysis on non standard items, market understanding, quote optimization by value engineering etc Discuss and clarify technical queries raised by Sales, Design and Operations team Ensure seamless handover of GFC drawing set for Site execution to Operations team. Collaborate with Sales and Design team to improve penetration and adoption of services in Booking stage and Order stage Complete ownership of timely and quality outputs and adherence to Services SLAs Implement and streamline  current or new  processes, tools, systems, documents and standards to ensure an exceptional and consistent delivery Ensure effective deployment and 100% adoption of strategic or operational initiatives/business process changes etc Collaborate with Internal teams to create high quality, cost-effective impactful solutions to mitigate business or operational issues Conducting Daily/weekly reviews with downline team Build, coach and lead a high-performance team Job Requirement Must have ​5+ years of residential/commercial interior experience Preferably worked 2-3 yrs as quantity surveyor (including Estimation & Contracting) and 2-3 years in Execution Thorough knowledge of ​​costing ​- raw materials and labor used in interior work Proficient in MS Excel with analytical bend Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture MS/Mtech from Tier-1 institute is a plus Proven experience on managing a team is a plus
