Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, pitching PR & digital solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who loves communication, understands brands, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for PR, digital marketing, and influencer marketing servicesReach out to potential clients via calls, emails, , networking, and industry eventsPitch agency services, present proposals, and close dealsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targetsWork closely with strategy and creative teams to prepare customized proposalsBuild long-term relationships with brands, founders, and marketing teamsStay updated on marketing, PR, and digital trends to position Kent as a leading communications partnerPrepare sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and track conversion metricsWhat We Are Looking For1–4 years of sales experience (PR, digital marketing, advertising, or agency background preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsConfident in pitching and handling client conversationsAbility to understand brand needs and translate them into solutionsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyStrong networking, follow-up, and negotiation abilitiesPassion for media, content, brand storytelling, and digital trends
